Luke Wetzel, Charlie Morris

**Luke Wetzel** is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. He is currently a Sales Associate at 21Shares, responsible for covering the UK and Ireland, where he leverages his expertise in sales and investment solutions. Prior to this role, Luke spent 10 years as a Sales Director of Wholesale and Institutional Business at Nordea Asset Management, successfully driving growth and strengthening client relationships across key markets.
Throughout his career, Luke has held various business development roles at City Index, City Equities, and Pitney Bowes, further enhancing his ability to navigate complex sales environments and deliver impactful solutions to institutional clients.
**Charlie Morris** is the founder of ByteTree. He has 26 years’ experience in fund management, where he has built a reputation for actively managed, multi-asset portfolios, with strong risk management. He currently manages the Soda and Whisky Portfolios at ByteTree through the Multi-Asset Investor, which is popular with retain investors. He also rune ByteTree Venture, for deep value investment ideas.
Charlie is also for analysis for both gold and Bitcoin. ByteTree Asset Management launched a BOLD ETF in Switzerland (BOLD SW), which combines the world’s two most liquid alternative assets on a risk-adjusted basis. Due to their natural low correlation and high dispersion, the results of this combination have surprisingly high risk-adjusted returns.
In previous roles, Charlie was the head of Multi Asset at Atlantic House Fund Management until June 2020, where he managed Total Return Fund. At the time of his departure, his fund ranked 1st out of 47 funds in the Trustnet multi-asset, absolute return sector. Before that, he was the Chief Investment Officer at Newscape (2016 to 2018) and the Head of Absolute Return at HSBC Global Asset Management until (1998 to 2015) where managed $3bn of assets. Charlie is also a former editor of The Fleet Street Letter. Prior to fund management, Charlie was an officer in the Grenadier Guards, British Army.
