Jordan Trimble, B.Sc., CFA, Director & President
Jordan Trimble is the Founder and President as well as a Director of Rockridge Resources Ltd. By background, he is an entrepreneur and has worked in the resource industry in various roles with numerous companies. Previously, he was the Corporate Development Manager for Bayfield Ventures, a gold company with projects in Ontario which was successfully acquired by New Gold (TSX: NGD) in 2014. He is a frequent speaker at resource and mining conferences globally and has appeared on various media outlets including BNN and the Financial Post. Mr. Trimble holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Minor in Commerce from the University of British Columbia and he is a CFA® Charterholder currently serving as a Director of the CFA Society Vancouver.
Grant Ewing, P.Geo, CEO
Grant Ewing is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mineral industry and the last 10+ years in senior executive roles. His extensive knowledge base covers the entire mine development cycle, from early stage exploration through to production, in several different commodities. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Geology from the University of Calgary. Recently, he was President and CEO of Kiska Metals (2014 to 2017) until it was acquired by AuRico Metals, where he continued as Vice President Exploration of AuRico Metals until it was acquired by Centerra Gold for ~$300 million. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Acadian Mining (2010 to 2014) until its sale to an international mining company. Atlantic Gold later acquired and further developed the assets that Acadian advanced through the discovery and resource development stages, and was acquired by St. Barbara in 2019 for ~$700 million.

Jennifer Twiner-McCarron
Thunderbird Entertainment
Jennifer Twiner-McCarron joined Atomic Cartoons, Thunderbird Entertainment’s kids and family division, as the Head of Production in 2011, then becoming CEO of all Thunderbird companies in June 2018. Under her leadership, the studio grew from 25 artists to more than 700 today. She has lead production on multiple titles including the Emmy-winning Beat Bugs for Netflix, Cupcake & Dino for eOne and 101 Dalmatian Street for Disney+. She is also an executive producer for The Last Kids on Earth, which began streaming on Netflix in 2019, as well as the upcoming series Princesses Wear Pants, which is currently in development.
Over the past 20 years, Jennifer has produced or executive produced dozens of animated series, video game cinematics, and direct to DVD features, including the popular Barbie Princess franchise with Mattel Filmed Entertainment. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, and a degree in film studies from the Vancouver Film School. In 2019, she was also named by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women.

Mr. Lynch graduated in 1981 from St. Francis Xavier University with a joint honours degree in Economics and BBA. Prior to becoming a director with International PBX Ventures in 2012, Mr. Lynch had been CEO of privately held Nevada-focused Relief Gold. He also had been a director and later CEO of TSX-listed Firstgold Corp. He assumed the CEO position after the company had run into financial difficulty bringing its Relief Canyon mine into production. He arranged a sale of 51% of the company for a total capital injection of $26.5 million from Northwest Non-Ferrous Metals, one of China’s largest mining engineering and consulting groups. From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Lynch was a partner with Kingsmill Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm specializing in advising public and private early stage growth companies.
