MBT is a SaaS (Software as a Service) business that is disrupting the UK mortgage market. MBT’s affordability calculator launched in April 2019 and is being used by over 500 broking firms and 10 lenders. The company plans to become the industry standard affordability provider and to expand its tools and services to brokers and lenders. The target is to create a platform through which lenders can make bespoke mortgage offers and ultimately capture borrower data at a previously unprecedented level.
