Alessandro is the MD of Titania Holding,a consulting company which offers investors off-market opportunities. Previously he was Operations Director at Northacre, running the company with the CEO, working on a GDV pipeline of more than $2bn in residential, commercial and retail offerings in Prime Central London. Creating amazing new quarters in major cities (London, Birmingham, Dubai, etc.). Working closely with planners, and best in class senior level professionals like architects, agents, marketing firms, PR companies, investors and equity & debt providers.. Overseeing portfolio management, developments, sales & marketing, and finance. Previously, he has worked to bring an MLS franchise in Miami, and had to bow out to David Beckham’s entourage. Before that was the senior trader for Sir Chris Hohn’s TCI Fund ($22bn AUM), and prior to that was running Morgan Stanley’s European Desk broking US Equities and Equities’ Derivatives.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Flora was an Economist at KPMG and for the UK Government after having completed a Masters in Economics at the LSE.

George is a Prime Central London real estate and finance specialist with close to 20 years experience. He set up Fairway Capital in 2016 with the sole purpose of launching a Fund to take advantage of prevailing market conditions, fundamentally the scarce supply of best-in-class turnkey stock in Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. He has been working on the concept since the EU referendum, analysing previous crashes and dips in the market and firmly believes the opportunity is now.
He has extensive knowledge and experience within the target market having been involved with over 50 projects, including the redevelopment of Margaret Thatcher’s former home on Chester Square. He also founded the Fund’s development partner, Leconfield Property Group, in 2010 and advises a number of family offices in the MENA region on property and finance.
